Fresh Green Beans with Chutney

Ingredients

- 2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
- Chutney (Patak’s Original Sweet Mango Chutney – aisle 1B)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
(Can be prepared early in the day and refrigerated until ready to serve)
- In a pot of boiling salted water, cook beans just until crisp tender, about 6 minutes.
- Drain; plunge into cold water and drain again.
- Toss green beans with tomato chutney; season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a platter; serve.
