Watermelon Long Island Iced Tea

This recipe is from Jay Dickerson’s Winning Relief Pitchers, a list of great summer pitcher cocktails.

Glassware/Bar Tools Needed

  • 1-¾ oz Jigger
  • 64 oz glass pitcher
  • wooden spoon
  • 12 oz Collins glass/li>

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka (Aisle 12A)
  • 3 oz Bacardi light rum (Aisle 12A)
  • 3 oz Tangueray gin (Aisle 12A)
  • 3 oz Senior Curacao Clear Curacao (Aisle 9B)
  • 6 oz Dekuyper Watermelon Pucker (Aisle 11B)
  • 1 liter Holland House sweet & sour mix (aisle 7C)
  • Lemon-lime soda
  • ice
  • 1 medium watermelon, cubed

Instructions

  • Mix alcohol and sour mix together in a pitcher over ice. Stir with wooden spoon.
  • Pour into Collins glass over ice.
  • Top with the splash of soda.
  • Garnish with a watermelon cube and enjoy!
