At EQ, one constant question we receive during wine tasting classes is, “What cheese pairs well with this wine?” We recommend The Cheese Companion by Judy Ridgway. This book is packed full of information including:

-what to look for in a good cheese
-the characteristic texture and smell
-how to cut and store
-the right complementary wine to serve

We refer to this guide when pairing cheese to wine for our EQ Wine Tasting Classes.
